With the best of the best outlets opening in the city, there’s plenty Chandigarh has to offer when it comes to breweries.  Thus, the whole pick-the-spot position has turned into a much-resented yet obligatory task and if you are someone who enjoys his/ her drinks then may the God be with you because the list of selections at the moment is endless. That’s where Farzi Cafe enters the scene.

In an attempt to create a place that offers something for everyone Farzi cafe lengthways with its inspiring gourmet menu introduced a selection of craft beers to the Chandigarh lads. Drawing inspiration from the folklore brewing traditions, their Craft beer menu has attempted to capture the essence of long-established flavours while adding Farzi’s unique, innovative touch to them. Hence, making it a one-stop destination for the millennials of the city beautiful!

The beers are made from the Belgian malts and hops from around the world with water created to match each style profile and multiple strains of Yeast. They’ve also managed to incorporate local spices and a seasonal fruit into their brews because honestly Chandigarh can always use a dash of desi.

While talking about the brewery, Zorawar Kalra, Founder & Managing Director Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd states that Innovation has always been a major driving force at Massive Restaurants and the goal is to offer a consistent, sensory dining experience, integrated with the latest technology. While talking about their latest addition of brews in Chandigarh he further cited how Farzi Cafe with this endeavour strives for excellence and a unique flavour profile to enhance the overall culinary experience.

Brews like Massive Hefeweizen, a Traditional German wheat beer has proved to be a huge hit amongst the Chandigarh crowd.  One of the other star brews on the menu is Massive Masala Saison.  Saisons are fruity & spicy, light farmhouse ales originally from the Belgian province of Wallonia. This Saison, however, has a twist and aims to recapture the essence of this farmhouse ale with a touch of Indianess, which adds to the overall flavour profile and honestly is all things special and bound to leave you #Farzified!
